Generally, you should not use North Forge storage for long-term household storage. If we believe that you are storing something long-term that is not related to your North Forge activities (for example large musical instruments), we may ask you to remove it. | Generally, you should not use North Forge storage for long-term household storage. We have several options to store materials you need for your work at North Forge onsite. If you leave your stuff lying around otherwise, beyond Projects in Progress, your stuff will end up in The Jail.

What you can store here
for all |
We had talked about a limit to what members can store here, ie this is not storage facility where you can leave your household. Did we come up with details? No, see below for a suggestion |
Temporary Storage
The aim of temporary (shared) storage is for members to store stock for projects that they are actively working on. This way, if a member is working on a project that takes multiple days to complete, they do not have to haul heavy objects in and out of the building. Examples include:
- Large sheets (plywood, MDF)
- Large boards
- 3D print filaments
- Spoilboards for CNC cutting
Please limit your storage only to things that you use on a regular basis.
