Returning members

At some point there was talk about re-training being available for free for previously trained members, as long as they don't require an extra sesssion. Did we ever formalize that? Mstapley (talk)Emelia follows a process for recurring members needing to take safety and orientation again. If we have new equipment and process changes since the member last was a member, traing is always mandatory before they can use the equipment again. This is usually proficiency.
